1. Small Shipments of Sea Freight from China to Malaysia
This service is suitable for shipments of less than 1 CBM. Parcels will be delivered to the door (free Malaysia local shipping charges).
The shipment minimum charge is 5kg, with a 1kg round-up. If the shipment is less than 5kg, shipping charges will calculate as 5kg.
*. This service applies to all accumulated parcels shipment of less than 1 CBM.
1. Single side of less than 140cm, and two longest sides with a total of no more than 140cm.
2. Maximum of 70 kg per parcel in actual weight.
3. Chargeable weight comparing the actual and volume weight and taking the greater value. The calculation method is parcel size (cm) length x width x height / 5000.
4. More than one parcel can be accumulated in 1 shipment if they are all for the same recipient.
5. Small sea freight shipment is tax included. General and sensitive goods can be shipped together in 1 shipment.
6. Cut off day every Thursday, and shipment despatch every Friday.
7. Not liable for compensation in case of deformation, deterioration, breakage, or liquid leak of goods due to environmental changes during transportation. Please ensure proper packaging before shipment.

How to use EBAOGUO service shipping from China to Australia?
Step 1: Sign up and log in to https://ebaoguo.com to get the Ebaoguo China Warehouse address and your support code.
Step 2: Shop in any China online shops or prepacked yourself, then ship to our China warehouse.
Step 3: You will be notified via email once your packages have arrived at our Ebaoguo China warehouse.
Step 4: Submit all packages in “My Parcels” by filling out your Malaysia Residential address and customs declaration form.
Step 5: You can tick extra services China Warehouse provides, such as consolidation parcels. We will process your packages after your request is submitted.
Step 6: The final billing summary will be emailed once we’ve packed your packages.

When submitting your shipments, whether you need to self-pickup or local delivery, you must enter your real name (matching your Passport/ID), and your receiving address (matching your water bills, electricity bills, telephone bills, or bank statement). We will submit on your behalf to Customs according to the information you provided. If there are wrong receiver details being provided which caused extra customs fees, you will need to be responsible for the charges that occur.
Yes, you can. If the parcels contain goods or packages for other people (such as your friends or relatives) you can submit their address for the shipment. However, freight charges will be calculated separately for every shipment. Freight charges could not be combined for multiple shipments.
Our China warehouse will measure and weigh each parcel that arrives at our warehouse into your ebaoguo account. If there are any queries regarding size and weight, you can check the pictures provided in your parcel lists. For direct communication, you can contact our customer service via chat.
Due to the large volume of parcels arrives our China warehouse every day, we are unable to refuse any parcels at the time of delivery. However, you can submit the parcel that you would like to return from your parcel list, there will be local delivery shipping fees occur. We do not accept return pickup arranged by the sender, this is to minimise risks of random pickups from the warehouse and leading to parcels missing in transit.
When you submit the parcels for your shipments, the China warehouse will consolidate your parcels into your current bigger boxes for free, this is to minimise the risks of small parcels lost in transit. If your current largest box is not big enough, the warehouse will use our own specific size carton to fit all your small parcels into the boxes, there will be new carton charges applied. The warehouse will record the size of the shipments based on final consolidation parcels. If you do not want your parcels to be unpacked by the warehouse for consolidation, please leave a note when submitting your shipments.
You can not randomly declare items in your shipments. All declarations must be filled in English, with specific products name and prices. For example, cooking pans, and kettles, you can not declare as kitchen essentials, you will need to declare every single item in your shipments. If goods are being assessed by Customs, we may request evidence of purchase from you. Incorrectly declaring value can result in paying duties, taxes, and charges that occur.
- Sea freight small shipments service is delivered to the door. If you are not convenient, you can choose the parcels to be delivered to Ebaoguo Malaysia warehouse and self-pickup from our Malaysia warehouse.
- Sea freight bulk shipment service is pickup from Ebaoguo Malaysia warehouse. You can contact us if you need us to organise local delivery for you with extra local delivery charges.

– Flammable liquids such as solvents or paint;
– Flammable solids, such as matches, substances that can ignite spontaneously, such as phosphorus; hazardous substances, such as calcium carbide;

– Toxic substances, such as pesticides; infectious substances, such as blood tests or medical tests;

Insurance
- Insurance is not mandatory but recommended. The insurance cost is 5% of the declared value in AUD.
- If insurance is purchased, compensation for lost packages will be based on a maximum coverage of ¥1600 (RM1000), using the actual declared value on the waybill. An accurate declaration is essential. Undervalued declarations are not accepted, and compensation is based on the purchase value.
- If insurance is not purchased and the package is lost, compensation will be based on the declared value on the waybill (up to a maximum of ¥150 or RM100), and the actual shipping fee will be refunded.
- The shipment will be automatically considered lost if it is not received within 90 days from the export date.
- False declaration leading to customs seizure will invalidate the insurance coverage.
- Delays caused by customs inspections: EBAOGUO Express is not responsible for individual package delays resulting from customs inspections of containers or batches.
- The insurance only covers lost items and does not compensate for any damage.
