Shipping Time

• The cut-off time for parcel submission in Melbourne is 4 PM every Wednesday. Any parcels submitted after 4 PM cannot be guaranteed to be shipped on Thursday morning. These parcels will be scheduled for dispatch the following Thursday.
• Waybills must be paid for by Thursday, otherwise the warehouse will not ship on Thursday morning.
• The shipping time for direct shipping from Australia to West Malaysia is 5-10 working days, and to East Malaysia is 10-20 working days.

Packaging Rules

• Single parcel actual weight limit is 40kg.
  • For single parcels with an actual weight exceeding 25 kg, an overweight fee of AUD $15 will apply.
  • For single parcels with an actual weight exceeding 35 kg, an overweight fee of AUD $30 will apply.
• The longest side of a single parcel is limited to 160cm. If it exceeds 120 cm, please confirm with our customer service first.
• The sum of any two shorter sides must not exceed 200cm.

Malaysia Local Delivery

• Door-to-door delivery. Once the parcel arrives in Malaysia, it will be entrusted to Line Clear Express for delivery. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch to track local delivery in Malaysia.
• Goods must first be mailed to the Melbourne warehouse to use the consolidation service. We also offer merchant pickup in Melbourne; please get in touch with customer service (WeChat: ebaoguo12) for details.

Related Taxes and Fees

• No distinction is made between general goods and sensitive goods lines; specified categories of products include those subject to tax and customs clearance.

Mailing Restrictions

• You can mail all legal goods and product categories permitted for import by aviation and Malaysian customs. Specific categories of products include those requiring tax and customs clearance.
• Items containing batteries, flammable and explosive dangerous goods, and all items prohibited by local customs and aviation are not allowed. For a list of prohibited items, please refer to the end of the document.
• Please note that we prohibit mailing items containing batteries. If, upon inspection, a misdeclared or undeclared parcel is found to include batteries, the customer will incur a fine of AUD$220 or more. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for a return fee of AUD$25 or more, as well as any other related costs that may arise. If a single waybill contains multiple parcels, charges will be applied separately for each parcel.
• You can ship luggage back to Malaysia. Multiple parcels can be sent to one recipient simultaneously, and their weights will be accumulated for calculation.

• Insurance is not mandatory. You can purchase insurance at 5% of the declared value. An invoice for the product’s purchase must be provided before making the purchase, and insurance must be purchased before shipment.
• Insurance does not apply to personal and second-hand items or goods for which a purchase invoice cannot be provided.
• If insurance is not purchased, in case of loss, compensation will be up to AUD$100 per waybill (including shipping fees).
• If insurance is purchased, in case of loss, the maximum insured amount per waybill is AUD$500. Compensation is not provided for any form of damage, deformation, or spoilage other than parcel loss.
• Waybills with the same name and address will have their weight and volume combined for calculation or be deferred to another batch for shipment.
• Due to environmental changes during transit, if goods deform, spoil, melt, break, or leak liquids, Ebaoguo will not provide compensation. Please package your goods properly before shipping.

Mailing Rules

• A single waybill cannot exceed 5 bottles.
• Wine requires inflatable column packaging (AU$2/bottle).
• White spirits, strong spirits, and beer are not accepted.
• Fragile items packaged with inflatable columns still carry a risk of damage. Our company is not responsible for damage or leakage.

  • Calculated based on chargeable weight (the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (Length cm * Width cm * Height cm / 5000)).

Step 1: Register at https://ebaoguo.com to get our warehouse mailing address and your exclusive ID. The ID is the unique identifier for your parcel’s inbound processing, so please make sure to fill it in.

Step 2: Purchase goods on e-commerce websites and ship directly to the warehouse address provided in the system; if you have already purchased products, you can also send them to us using this address.

Step 3: After the warehouse receives your parcel, we will take photos and process it for inbound.

Step 4: In the parcel list, you can select the parcels you want to ship, submit the shipment, and fill in the recipient address.

Step 5: After the warehouse receives your shipping request, we will process your parcel according to your requirements and calculate the final price.

Step 6: When the waybill status changes to ‘pending payment,’ you can then make the payment in the system.

Step 1: Register at https://ebaoguo.com or use the mini-program to register.

Step 2: Fill out the pre-declaration form (recipient information and parcel declaration information). One pre-declaration form is sufficient for the same address.

Step 3: Take the pre-declaration form to an agent point (View Melbourne Agent Points) and inform the agent point of your pre-declaration number.

Step 4: The agent point will assist you in measuring the dimensions and weight.
