However, it is worth noting that different airlines and shipping companies have varying criteria for defining banned items. Therefore, the list of items provided in this document is incomplete, and other things may be prohibited.
Airlines and shipping companies have different regulations for items that can be carried on personally versus those shipped as general cargo. Therefore, it is essential to carefully review the specific rules of airlines or shipping companies to ensure that your goods comply with the relevant standards.
Our company is not responsible for any returns from partners. As a freight forwarding company, EBAOGUO routes are booked through the International Air Transport Association (IATA). If IATA or other channel partners deem the goods prohibited or dangerous, our company is not responsible for partner returns.
Third-party logistics services, such as FedEx, DHL, and various national postal channels, also have varying regulations regarding the attributes of goods. Our company cannot control or instruct partners to send out prohibited or dangerous goods as regular cargo, nor can we avoid returns due to the attributes of goods.
Before shipment, our company will remind customers of relevant information regarding hazardous and prohibited items, explicitly outlining associated risks. If a customer insists on shipping prohibited or dangerous objects, our company will proceed with the shipment according to the customer’s preference. However, in such cases, we disclaim responsibility for any returns and consequences that may arise.
It is important to note that our company reserves the right to pursue legal action if a customer conceals or includes prohibited or dangerous items in their shipment. We strongly emphasize compliance with relevant regulations and standards to ensure the legality and safety of shipping activities. Still, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase comply with all government and carrier restrictions. For your convenience, we have included examples of categories of restricted items. If the package contains restricted or prohibited items, EBAOGUO may cancel the transportation contract, regardless of the declaration.
