Shipping Fee

• RM100/per kg, minimum charge starts at 5kg. Shipments less than 5kg will be calculated as 5kg.
• Chargeable Weight: The greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (Length * Width * Height / 5000 cm).

Timeline

• Cut-off dates are every Tuesday and Friday.
• Door-to-door delivery within 15-21 working days after shipment.

Delivery Method

• Delivery by SF Express or other courier services.

Shipping Rules

• The weight limit for a single parcel is 20KG.
• A single side must not exceed 100cm, and the sum of any two sides must not exceed 80cm. Please contact customer service if your parcel exceeds these dimensions.
• One tracking number per parcel; shipping fees are not cumulative.
• Multiple boxes sent to the same recipient will be dispatched in separate batches.
• As required by customs, the product name, quantity, and purchase price must be declared truthfully before shipping.

Insurance and Disclaimer

• Insurance is optional and can be purchased at 5% of the declared value, with a maximum coverage of RM600. An invoice or receipt of the product purchase must be provided before buying insurance. Insurance must be purchased before the shipment is sent.
• Insurance is not applicable to personal and second-hand items or goods for which a purchase invoice cannot be provided.
• If insurance is not purchased, in the event of loss, the compensation for a single shipment will not exceed RM200 or the shipping fee of the waybill (whichever is lower).
• Except for package loss, no compensation will be provided for any other forms of damage, deformation, or deterioration.
• In the event of force majeure, such as customs inspections (including but not limited to seizure, confiscation, return, or destruction of the package), port or airport congestion, etc., these situations are unpredictable and uncontrollable. Ebaoguo will not bear any financial compensation or related legal responsibilities for the consequences arising from such events.

• Our company is only responsible for the transportation of the package and is not responsible for the quantity and damage of the goods sent by the seller (e.g., the seller sends the wrong or fewer items; the product color, size, style, etc., do not match expectations; issues like loose threads, color fading, melting during transit, etc.). You can select additional services when submitting your parcel to verify the quantity and inspect the quality of the products.

Flammable gases, such as aerosols or camping gas; non-flammable gases, such as compressed oxygen; toxic gases, such as oxygen difluoride

Flammable liquids, such as solvents or paints

Flammable solids, such as matches; substances liable to spontaneous combustion, such as phosphorus; substances which, in contact with water, emit flammable gases, such as calcium carbide

Oxidizing substances, such as fertilizers; organic peroxides, such as fiberglass repair kits

Toxic substances, such as pesticides; infectious substances, such as blood tests or medical samples

Radioactive materials, such as smoke detectors

Corrosive substances, such as bleach or drain cleaners

Other items, such as airbags, mobile phones, computers, pornographic materials, plants/seeds/flowers, magnets or items containing ferromagnetic materials, human remains/bodily fluids, live/dead animals, animal skins/fur/any animal parts, wet, dry, metal or lithium batteries or products containing them, perfumes, nail polish, aftershave, hairspray, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, pork products, tin cans, and products with odorous leaks, etc.

Note: If any of the prohibited items listed above are included in the package, or if the declaration is not truthful, our company will not be held responsible for any form of return, fine, or even criminal penalty. The customer must bear the responsibility themselves. The costs of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
