Route 1: Australia to Taiwan General Goods Consolidation Line
Shipping Fees: (Prices effective February 1, 2025)
- First 1kg per parcel: AU$10.00/kg. Additional weight rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg.
- For single waybills:
- Actual weight ≤ 20kg AND Volumetric weight ≤ 20kg: Charged by actual weight.
- Actual weight > 20kg OR Volumetric weight > 20kg: Charged by chargeable weight.
- Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L*W*H/5000 in cm).
- One waybill per parcel; weights are not accumulated across multiple parcels.
- Maximum single side length: 205cm.
- Single-sided items exceeding 120cm incur an extra-long fee.
- The sum of the two shorter sides cannot exceed 100cm.

Shipping Time:
- Air Freight
- Cut-off: 4 PM AEST every Wednesday for parcel submission in Melbourne. Submissions after 4 PM may not ship on Thursday morning and will be dispatched with the next batch.
- Departure: Thursdays (to the airport).
- Estimated Arrival: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Taiwan Local Delivery:
- Door-to-door delivery within Taiwan via Black Cat Express or Hsinchu Logistics, with tracking available.
Import Taxes and Fees:
- Taiwan Customs may adjust taxes based on product name/type without prior notice. Taxes will be calculated based on their adjusted pricing.
- If taxes or customs fees are incurred, we will contact the sender to collect them.
- Payment options: Transfer to our Taiwan account (TWD) or Australian account (AUD).
- Alternatively, the logistics company can collect payment on delivery (cash only), incurring an additional NT$30.00 handling fee.
Mailing Restrictions:
- You can mail all legal goods permitted for import by aviation and the Taiwan Customs.
- Prohibited: Items containing standalone batteries. Misdeclared/undeclared parcels with batteries will incur fines (AUD$220+) and return fees (AUD$25+). Each parcel on a single waybill containing batteries will be charged separately.

Other Important Notes:
- Consolidation line addresses and recipient names must be in Chinese and match the provided ID information.
- Recipient’s EZ Way Authentication: Ensure the recipient’s name and contact number match the information associated with their EZ Way authentication. Mismatches during Taiwan customs clearance will result in an AUD$25 name change fee.
- Duplicate Recipients: This line ships weekly. Each consolidation cannot have duplicate recipients. Duplicate waybills will be moved to the next shipment.
- Insurance (Optional):
- Purchase at 5% of the declared value before shipping. An invoice for product purchase is required.
- Not applicable to personal, second-hand items, or goods without a purchase invoice.
- Without insurance: Maximum compensation AUD$50 per waybill (including shipping fees) for loss.
- With insurance: Maximum insured amount AUD$500 per waybill for loss. Compensation does not cover damage, deformation, spoilage, or liquid leakage.
- Packaging: Ebaoguo is not responsible for damage, spoilage, melting, breakage, or liquid leakage due to environmental changes during transit. Please package properly before shipping.
- Security Scan: Parcels are sent to an IATA agent warehouse for security scanning before airport dispatch. The IATA agent reserves the right to refuse items deemed dangerous.
- Formal Customs Declaration (Optional): Incurs an AU$25.00 customs declaration fee. Customs fees are charged at actual cost (excluding taxes). Provide packing slip, invoice, and personal/company power of attorney before shipping.
- Truthful Declaration: Always declare accurately. Consequences (customs detention, inspection, taxation, forfeiture) due to false/undeclared/incorrect declarations are solely the customer’s responsibility.
- Simplified vs. Formal Declaration: This route uses simplified customs declaration in Taiwan. If Taiwan Customs determines goods are ineligible for simplified declaration, the sender bears all formal customs costs (e.g., import, quarantine, inspection, formal declaration, duties).
Suggested Packing Rules (For Reference Only)
If the imported amount exceeds Taiwan Customs limits, supplementary taxes or conversion to formal customs declaration (requiring import licenses, quarantine/inspection certificates, commercial invoices, etc.) may be required.
- Maximum total weight per box: 6 kg.
- Avoid sending entire boxes of the same product.
- When mixing food with non-food items, food weight must not exceed 5 kg.
- Milk powder: Max 3 cans.
- Pet food containing meat products: Prohibited.
- Alcohol: 3-6 bottles per box, no other items. Requires recipient’s power of attorney and formal customs declaration. Contact customer service for details.
- Tea products: Max 3 kg.
- Maximum total weight per box: 7 kg.
- When mixing with food items, food weight must not exceed 6 kg.
- Single item (same barcode): Max 12 bottles/cans.
- Total items per box: Max 36 bottles/cans.
- Maximum total weight per box: 7 kg.
- Cannot send boxes containing only essential oils.
- 500ml essential oil: Max 5 bottles per box.
- 50ml, 100ml essential oil: Max 12 bottles per box.
- When mixing with food items, food weight must not exceed 6 kg.
- Clothes, pants, YPL, etc.: Max 20 pieces total.
- Alpaca quilts: Limited to 1 piece.
- New footwear: Max 4 pairs.
- Limited to 1 item per box.
- Batteries must be removed or cannot be sent (refer to electronic product line for battery-inclusive options).
- Branded bags: 1 per box, no other items.
- Perfume: Aviation prohibited item, cannot be sent.
- Pandora and other accessories: Max 10 pieces per box.
- Suitcases: Can be sent directly, but note volumetric weight.
- Please label as “[Used Luggage/Clothing]”. No detailed itemization is needed. No 2-piece limit for luggage. If new items are included, pack them separately in another box as per above rules.
Route 2: Australia Fedex Shipping of Electronic Products to Taiwan
- For the exact recipient address, multiple boxes can be combined for weight calculation. Minimum chargeable weight 1kg, rounded up to the nearest 1KG.
- Single parcel chargeable weight max 30kg. Longest side max 80cm. For oversized/overweight items, contact customer service for a quote. Max 25 parcels per waybill.
- Calculate cost: Waybill’s chargeable weight x corresponding price from the price list.
- Shipping days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Remote Area Surcharge (ODA): If the recipient’s postcode is a remote area, FedEx will automatically add an ODA fee. Check via the Ebaoguo calculator or contact customer service.
- Our website’s prices include fuel surcharges, peak season surcharges, and delivery fees for remote areas. They do not cover secondary fees within the destination country (e.g., customs declaration fees, address change fees, secondary delivery fees). If such fees arise, the sender will be contacted for payment.
How to Mail
Method 1: Online Purchase & Ship to Our Consolidation Warehouse
Step-by-step process:
1. Register: Visit https://ebaoguo.com to get our warehouse address and your unique ID. This ID is essential for parcel inbound processing.
2. Ship to Warehouse: Purchase items from e-commerce sites and ship directly to our provided warehouse address. You can also send pre-purchased items here.
3. Warehouse Processing: Upon receipt, your parcels will be photographed and logged into our system.
4. Submit Shipment: In your parcel list, select items for shipment and enter the recipient’s address.
5. Parcel Handling & Pricing: We will process your parcels as requested and calculate the final cost.
6. Payment: Once the waybill status is “pending payment,” you can complete the payment in the system.
Method 2: Self-Deliver to an Agent Point (Melbourne)
Step-by-step process:
1. Register: Register at https://ebaoguo.com or use our mini-program.
2. Fill Pre-Declaration: Complete the pre-declaration form with the recipient and parcel details. One form per address is sufficient.
3. Deliver to Agent: Take your parcels and the pre-declaration form to an agent point (see Melbourne Agent Points ). Provide your pre-declaration number.
4. Measurements: The agent point will help measure your parcel’s dimensions and weight.
5. Pay Agent: Make your payment directly at the agent point.
