Consolidated Shipping Route Features
Shipping Cost:
- The billing weight is determined by taking the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000 for a single package).

- For example, a parcel with a real weight of 10kg and dimensions of 50cm x 50cm x 40cm will result in a billing weight of 20kg, which is calculated using the volumetric weight as the billing weight.

- Parcels are charged at AUD$15.00 per KG, rounded up to the nearest 1KG.
Shipping Time:
- Cut-off every Wednesday, shipped on Thursday. Delivery time is 10-14 business days after shipping by air. Delays may occur during public holidays.
Singapore Local Delivery:
- Send a parcel from Melbourne to Singapore with doorstep delivery and full tracking (including local segments in Australia and Singapore), with no distinction for remote areas.
Related Taxes and Fees:
- When (shipping cost + insurance + declared value) is greater than A$400 (Australian Dollar), the system will automatically pre-collect Singapore import GST at 9% of the declared value, and a customs clearance service fee of 2.5% of the declared value.

- If taxes and other customs fees are incurred during import into Singapore, we will contact you to supplement the declaration documents or pay customs duties.
Shipping Restrictions:
- All legal goods and categories of goods permitted for import by air and Singapore customs can be mailed.
- This route cannot be used for mailing lithium batteries. If you need to send products containing batteries, you can choose Australia Post or FedEx (tax not included) when submitting. You can calculate directly at Our shipping calculator.
- Prohibited items include cigarettes, alcohol, pet food, and motor vehicle parts. For more prohibited items, please refer to the Prohibited Items below.
Other Notes:
- Multiple parcels can be included in a single waybill, with the billing weight calculated cumulatively.
- Please declare your parcels truthfully. Any consequences, such as customs seizure, inspection, taxation, or forfeiture, due to false declarations, omissions, or incorrect entries, will be the sole responsibility of the sender.
- The maximum billing weight per single box is 30 kg.
- Single parcel: The Longest side of the box does not exceed 100cm.
- The sum of any two shorter sides does not exceed 100cm.
- Insurance is not mandatory. It can be purchased at 5% of the declared value. The product purchase invoice must be provided before purchase, and insurance must be purchased before shipment.
- Insurance does not apply to personal and used items or goods for which a purchase invoice cannot be provided.
- If insurance is not purchased, in the event of loss, compensation will be up to AUD$100 per waybill (including shipping costs).
- If insurance is purchased, in case of loss, the maximum insured amount per waybill is AUD$500. Compensation is not provided for any other forms of damage, deformation, or spoilage besides parcel loss.
- No compensation will be given for goods that deform, spoil, melt, break, or leak liquids due to environmental changes during transportation. Please package properly before shipping.
Disclaimer:
- Ebaoguo (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), as a logistics service provider, is only responsible for parcel transportation services. The Company will not be held accountable in the following situations:
- Customs inspection, collection of duties, or other customs-related procedures at the destination.
- Confiscation, detention, or destruction of parcels due to contents not complying with the import requirements of the destination country or region.
- Delays or losses resulting from the consignee’s failure to provide the required documents or information in a timely manner.
- Customers should ensure that the mailed items comply with the laws, regulations, and import requirements of the destination country or region, and bear all resulting liabilities.

- Anything with batteries, regardless of battery size; batteries must be removed before mailing.
- Perfume, regardless of volume.
- The following common aviation prohibited items:
– Explosives, such as fireworks or flares
– Flammable gases, such as aerosols or camping gas; non-flammable gases, such as compressed oxygen; toxic gases, such as oxygen difluoride
– Flammable liquids, such as solvents or paints
– Flammable solids, such as matches; spontaneously combustible substances, such as phosphorus; substances that produce dangerous reactions when wet, such as calcium carbide
– Oxidizing substances, such as fertilizers; organic peroxides, such as fiberglass repair kits
– Toxic items, such as pesticides; infectious substances, such as blood tests or medical samples
– Radioactive items, such as smoke detectors
– Corrosive items, such as bleach or drain cleaner
– Other items, such as airbags, mobile phones, computers, pornography, plants/seeds/flowers, magnets or items containing ferromagnetic materials, human remains/body fluids, live/dead animals, animal skins/furs/any animal parts, wet, dry, metal or lithium batteries or products containing these items, perfumes, nail polish, aftershave, hairspray, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, pork products, iron cans, and products with lingering odors/leaks, etc.
Note: If any prohibited items from the above categories are included in the parcel or not truthfully declared, this may result in a return, fine, or even criminal penalties. In such cases, our company will not be held responsible. Customers shall bear all responsibility. Return fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
All exported parcels will undergo X-Ray inspection. Please do not attempt to include prohibited items by chance. If the parcel is caught by the airline, it will be returned within 7-10 business days, and a return fee of AUD$25 per parcel will be charged. Even a single AAA battery can cause the entire box to be returned.
How to Mail
Method 1: Online Purchase, Ship to Our Consolidated Warehouse
Step 1: Register at https://ebaoguo.com to get our warehouse shipping address and your exclusive ID. Your ID is the unique identification code for your parcel’s inbound processing, please make sure to fill it in.
Step 2: Purchase goods on e-commerce websites and ship directly to the warehouse address provided by the system; if you have already purchased products, you can also send them to us using this address.
Step 3: After receiving your parcel, the warehouse will take photos and process it for inbound.
Step 4: In the parcel list, you can select the parcels to be shipped, submit for shipment, and fill in the recipient address.
Step 5: After receiving your shipping request, the warehouse will process your parcels according to your requirements and calculate the final price.
Step 6: When the waybill status changes to “Awaiting Payment,” you can make the payment in the system.
Method 2: If You Are in Melbourne, You Can Self-Deliver to an Agent Point
Step 1: Register at https://ebaoguo.com or use the mini-program to register.
Step 2: Fill out the pre-declaration form (consignee information and parcel declaration information). One pre-declaration form is sufficient for the same address.
Step 3: Deliver the pre-declaration form to the agent point (view Melbourne agent points) and inform the agent point of your pre-declaration number.
Step 4: The agent point will assist you in measuring the dimensions and weight.
Step 5: Pay directly to the agent point.

About Insurance
- Insurance is not mandatory. It can be purchased at 5% of the declared value. The product purchase invoice must be provided before purchase, and insurance must be purchased before shipment.

- If goods are not received within 60 business days of export, they will automatically be confirmed as lost.
- If customs detain the parcel due to false declarations, the insurance terms automatically become void.
- When declaring insurance, proof of purchase, such as an invoice or payment record, must be provided and must match your declared amount.
- Insurance only covers loss, not any form of damage.
- Ebaoguo Global Transit reserves the final right of interpretation for insurance.
