Send parcel from Australia to Singapore

If the parcel contains prohibited or restricted items, all return shipping costs, customs fees, penalties, and liabilities will be borne by the sender and settled according to actual billed costs.

Consolidated Shipping Route Features

Shipping Cost:
  • The billing weight is determined by taking the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000 for a single package).
      • For example, a parcel with a real weight of 10kg and dimensions of 50cm x 50cm x 40cm will result in a billing weight of 20kg, which is calculated using the volumetric weight as the billing weight.
  • Parcels are charged at AUD$15.00 per KG, rounded up to the nearest 1KG.
Shipping Time:
  • Cut-off every Wednesday, shipped on Thursday. Delivery time is 10-14 business days after shipping by air. Delays may occur during public holidays.
Singapore Local Delivery:
  • Send a parcel from Melbourne to Singapore with doorstep delivery and full tracking (including local segments in Australia and Singapore), with no distinction for remote areas.
Related Taxes and Fees:
  • When (shipping cost + insurance + declared value) is greater than A$400 (Australian Dollar), the system will automatically pre-collect Singapore import GST at 9% of the declared value, and a customs clearance service fee of 2.5% of the declared value.
  • For details, please refer to: IRAS: Consumers Importing Goods Into Singapore
  • If taxes and other customs fees are incurred during import into Singapore, we will contact you to supplement the declaration documents or pay customs duties.
Shipping Restrictions:
  • All legal goods and categories of goods permitted for import by air and Singapore customs can be mailed.
  • This route cannot be used for mailing lithium batteries. If you need to send products containing batteries, you can choose Australia Post or FedEx (tax not included) when submitting. You can calculate directly at Our shipping calculator.
  • Prohibited items include cigarettes, alcohol, pet food, and motor vehicle parts. For more prohibited items, please refer to the Prohibited Items below.
Other Notes:
  • Multiple parcels can be included in a single waybill, with the billing weight calculated cumulatively.
  • Please declare your parcels truthfully. Any consequences, such as customs seizure, inspection, taxation, or forfeiture, due to false declarations, omissions, or incorrect entries, will be the sole responsibility of the sender.
  • The maximum billing weight per single box is 30 kg.
  • Single parcel: The Longest side of the box does not exceed 100cm.
  • The sum of any two shorter sides does not exceed 100cm.
  • Insurance is not mandatory. It can be purchased at 5% of the declared value. The product purchase invoice must be provided before purchase, and insurance must be purchased before shipment.
  • Insurance does not apply to personal and used items or goods for which a purchase invoice cannot be provided.
  • If insurance is not purchased, in the event of loss, compensation will be up to AUD$100 per waybill (including shipping costs).
  • If insurance is purchased, in case of loss, the maximum insured amount per waybill is AUD$500. Compensation is not provided for any other forms of damage, deformation, or spoilage besides parcel loss.
