How to Ship
- Register and log in at dashboard.ebaoguo.com to receive your dedicated Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) warehouse address and member Suite ID.
- Shop at any Malaysian website (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) or physical store — enter the Ebaoguo KL warehouse address as the delivery address and include your Suite ID in the address notes.
- Once your parcel arrives at the warehouse, it is photographed and recorded automatically — you can view the weight, dimensions, and photos in your dashboard.
- When all parcels are ready, submit a shipment request in the dashboard: select your destination route, enter recipient details and customs declaration, and upload purchase invoices if required.
- The warehouse packs your parcels and calculates the final shipping cost. Once you receive the payment notification, pay via your preferred currency and method.
- After payment, we dispatch your parcel and provide a tracking number — you can track your shipment online throughout the journey.
