⚠️ Australian Import Regulations & Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for any actions by Australian Customs (ABF) or the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF), including but not limited to: requesting import permits or documents, deciding to inspect, levying duties/taxes, or deciding to release/detain/destroy goods. All clearance outcomes are independent government actions.

Penalties for Prohibited Items:

  • Shipping prohibited items to our warehouse: RM300 return fee per parcel.
  • Concealing prohibited items for export, discovered by Customs: Fine of not less than 2 times the market value of the goods or a minimum of RM500, whichever is higher.
  • Drug parcels will be reported to the police. Legal liability rests solely with the sender.
Important Distinction: Shippable vs. Importable

When we state an item is “shippable”, it only means the logistics carrier can accept it for export FROM Malaysia.

We are NOT responsible for whether the destination country (Australia) permits its import. The sender/recipient MUST verify the item complies with Australian import regulations before shipping.

You MUST check the Australian official regulations before shipping:

Failure to verify and the subsequent detention, fines, or destruction are your own responsibility.
