Important Information
International EMS (https://ebaoguo.com) can ship to over 144 countries and regions worldwide. Simply enter your address and the system will automatically calculate the required shipping fee.
International EMS (https://ebaoguo.com) is part of the Universal Postal Union system, with stronger customs clearance capabilities than other logistics providers and no remote area or fuel surcharges.
However, there is still a possibility that your package will be held or taxed by the destination country’s customs. If this happens, the recipient is responsible for any fees.
All items for shipment must be properly sealed, preferably in a vacuum-sealed package.
Fresh produce, fruits, and meat cannot be shipped. White powders, batteries, and items with circuit boards are also not allowed (domestic security checks are very strict).
The transit time for International EMS (https://ebaoguo.com) is not as stable as major carriers like FedEx or DHL, and customer service is slower. Sometimes it’s very fast, other times it’s very slow. In most countries, the local postal system handles the final delivery.
If you are shipping a prohibited or sensitive item, it may be returned during domestic export security checks. If this happens, we can remove the prohibited items and arrange for reshipment.
EMS has strong customs clearance capabilities, but air freight and customs prohibited items still cannot be shipped. Please refer to the list of prohibited items at the end of the article.
You can ship general goods, food, and cosmetics.
Cosmetics: Facial masks, cushion foundations, and a small amount of creams (no liquids, powders, or pastes).
Brands: International brands, replicas, and trendy brands.
Dry goods and food: Vacuum-sealed food (with a label and expiration date), tea, and solid instant beverages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this service delivered directly to my door?
Yes, International EMS (https://ebaoguo.com) delivers directly to the address you provided. If they are unable to deliver, the local logistics company will contact you to pick up the package from their office.
My packages are arriving at the warehouse one by one. Can I submit several waybills?
International EMS (https://ebaoguo.com) requires one waybill per package. If you submit multiple waybills at the same time, the first and additional weight fees will be calculated for each one individually, not as a combined total.
What if the size and weight recorded at the warehouse are different from what the seller told me?
If you have a dispute about the size or weight, please contact customer service for a re-measurement before you ship. Once you have received the goods, we will no longer accept re-evaluation requests.
I want to return an item. Can you refuse to accept it?
When receiving packages, the warehouse is unable to determine which packages need to be returned. After the package has been received and entered into the system, you can submit the return address, and the warehouse will arrange the shipment. Please understand that our China warehouse does not accept parcels where the seller has arranged for a courier to collect from the warehouse.
Can you help me consolidate packages?
When you submit multiple packages under one waybill, the warehouse will do its best to combine smaller packages into your largest box to ensure items are not lost in transit and to reduce the volumetric weight. There is no extra charge for consolidation. If a new box is needed, there will be an additional box fee. The dimensions after consolidation may differ from what you originally submitted, and the system will use the new chargeable weight for reference. If there are certain packages you do not want to be consolidated, please note this in the waybill remarks.
I bought many items. Can I just provide a general description?
In submitting your waybill, you need to truthfully declare the products you purchased in English. If the products are of the same category, such as clothes, you can simply write “Cloths,” and fill in the actual purchase price. Customs may randomly inspect waybills and ask for proof of purchase (such as an invoice or a screenshot). If an error in the information causes customs fees, you will be responsible for them.
Due to space constraints, please refer to our China warehouse return service for details.
