Send parcels from China to Singapore
Option 1: China to Singapore small parcel sea freight.
Shipping Fees:
- The charge is SGD$3.00/kg based on chargeable weight with a minimum of 10kg (less than 10kg will be charged as 10kg), and additional weight will be charged on a per kg basis.
- Chargeable weight is determined by comparing actual weight and volumetric weight (lengthwidthheight/5000 cm) and selecting the higher value.
- For example, if the chargeable weight is 5.3kg, the charge will be based on 10kg, which is SGD$30.00.
Taxes:
- A 7% tax will be levied on the declared value.
Delivery Times:
- 4 times a week (deadline for submission is Wednesday), and delivery takes 15-20 days after shipping.
Prohibited Items:
- Prohibited items include mobile power supplies, pure batteries, powders, tobacco and alcohol, and other prohibited items by Singapore customs.
Delivery:
- Delivery is available throughout Singapore.
Notes:
- Free consolidation service is available for packages with an actual weight of no more than 10kg, and the consolidated package weight should not exceed 30kg.
- A single waybill can include multiple packages, and chargeable weight can be calculated by adding up the weight of all the packages.
- The length of a single side should not exceed 120cm, and the sum of any two sides should not exceed 150cm.
- Pallets will not be dismantled upon entry into the warehouse. If they need to be dismantled, an additional SGD$65 fee will be charged. If a wooden frame/box is used, it will not be dismantled upon entry. The volume and weight of the package including the height and weight of the wooden frame/box/pallet will be used to calculate the volume of the storage unit.
- Insurance is not mandatory, you can purchase insurance at 5% of the declared value. Before purchasing, you must provide the invoice when the product was purchased, and insurance needs to be purchased before shipment. Insurance is not applicable to personal and second-hand goods or goods that cannot provide a purchase invoice. If you don’t buy insurance and it’s lost, a maximum of R￥500 per shipment will be compensated (including freight). If you buy insurance and it’s lost, the maximum insurance amount per shipment is ￥2500. Apart from parcel loss, any other forms of damage, deformation, or deterioration will not be compensated.
Option 2: Sea freight for bulk shipments from China to Singapore
Regular cargo freight
Shipping Fee:
- SGD$120.00/m³, minimum of 1m³, billed in increments of 0.1m³
- Volume calculation: volume = length x width x height (in meters)
- Example: For 1.06m³, it will be rounded up to 1.1m³, and the cost will be SGD$132.00 + GST (7% of declared value)
Sensitive cargo freight
Shipping Fee:
- SGD$140.00/m³, minimum of 1m³, billed in increments of 0.1m³
- Volume calculation: volume = length x width x height (in meters)
- Each shipment will be charged an additional SGD$50.00 for independent customs clearance.
Examples: For 1.06m³, it will be rounded up to 1.1m³, and the cost will be SGD$154.00 + SGD$50.00 (independent clearance fee) + GST (7% of declared value)
For food imports, a food safety certificate is required. If you cannot provide one, our company can provide a separate customs clearance service for SGD$70.00 per shipment.
Sensitive cargo includes food, cosmetics, goods with electricity or magnetism, counterfeit goods, and branded goods. Prohibited food items include meat products, eggs and dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables, plant seeds, rice, sugar, and salt.
Tax
- 7% of the declared value will be charged.
Delivery time
- Shipments are sent out four times a week, and delivery takes 15-20 days.

- Free doorstep delivery throughout Singapore (if there is an elevator and two people can carry the package)
Notes
- If the goods are on a pallet, the measurement will start from the bottom of the pallet and go up to the highest point.
- The pallet will not be dismantled upon arrival. If you need to dismantle it, there will be an additional charge of SGD$65.00 per pallet. If the goods are packed in wooden frames/boxes or on pallets with wooden frames, they will not be dismantled. The actual volume and weight of the wooden frame/box/pallet will be included in the measurement when they are stored.

- Charging standard: Starting from the first weight of 1kg (less than 1kg is charged at 1kg), the additional weight is less than 1kg and is charged at 1kg.
- Billing weight: The actual and volumetric weights (length width height/5000 cm) are compared, and the larger value is taken.
Example: If the billing weight is 1.3kg, it will be charged at 6kg, that is, a general cargo line SGD$15 + 1kg * SGD$10 = SGD$25.
Delivery Time:
- The goods are shipped three times a week and delivered 5-7 days after being loaded on the plane. The specific time is subject to customs clearance.

Tax:
- Declared value * 8% (mandatory collection).
- Please declare the value truthfully. The customs will randomly check the package when it enters the country. If checked, you must provide the purchase certificate (such as Taobao shopping screenshots containing product information and recipient address).
- If it does not match the purchase, you may be fined.
Delivery method:
- Delivery is available throughout Singapore (if there is an elevator and one person can lift the package, it will be delivered directly to the door).
Precautions:
- The consolidation service is provided: packages with no more than 10kg can be incorporated into a box, and the package’s actual weight after the combination does not exceed 30kg.
- If the billing weight of a single package exceeds 30kg, a wooden frame or forklift foot is required (if there is a wooden frame or wooden box, it needs to be fumigated), and there will be an overweight fee for goods with a billing weight exceeding 30kg. Please refer to the table below.

- The maximum size of a single package is 150cm80cm80cm, and the weight limit is 70kg. Therefore, goods exceeding this limit need to be consulted separately.
- To efficiently and safely transport goods, it is strictly forbidden to ship sensitive cargo as general cargo. If it is found in the security check, the available cargo freight will not be refunded, and the sensitive cargo will be re-weighed and recharged.

How to start sending parcel from China to Singapore
- Step 1: Register and login to https://ebaoguo.com to get the address of the Ebaoguo China warehouse and your support number.Step 2: You can purchase products from any website in mainland China and have them shipped to the address assigned to you by Ebaoguo.Step 3: Ebaoguo China warehouse will receive your package and enter it into your package list.
Step 4: When all packages have arrived, submit the shipment in the package list, fill in the Singapore address and declare the goods, and select additional services.
Step 5: After the China warehouse has packed the goods according to your requirements, you will receive a payment notification.
Step 6: After successful payment, we will ship your goods on the next available shipping date.
Common Box Sizes and Weight References Used in Chinese Warehouses
We provide a free consolidation service（within 30 boxes in one shipment）. If your original boxes cannot fit into all the packages, we will use the warehouse’s cardboard boxes (which cost SGD$5 each). The following are the dimensions of the cardboard boxes used by the warehouse and the volumetric weight used for calculation.

Stroage fee
- For parcels that are not larger than one cubic meter:
The Chinese warehouse provides free storage for 90 days. After 90 days, a storage fee of AUD$1/20kg per day will be charged for each parcel. The system will automatically add this fee when you submit the shipment order.
Unclaimed parcels will be stored for free in the Chinese warehouse for 90 days. After 90 days, the warehouse will dispose of them.
- For a total of goods that exceed one cubic meter:
The storage fee for the Chinese warehouse is SGD$25.00 per cubic meter (rounded up to 0.1 cubic meters), with a minimum charge of SGD$25.00 per day.
What can I send
We inform you of the items that can be shipped, which means that the logistics company used can accept the item and it can leave the country of origin. We are not responsible for whether the destination country’s customs allows the import of the item. Please carefully read the Australian Customs website before shipping.

Note: If prohibited items of the above categories are included in the package for mailing or are not declared truthfully, resulting in any form of return or penalty, even criminal punishment, it has nothing to do with our company, and customers should bear the responsibility themselves. The customer will bear the cost of returning the package.
