Route 1: Australia to Malaysia Consolidated Shipping Service (General Goods)
Australia to Malaysia Shipping Rates (Effective September 1, 2022):
West Malaysia:
- First weight: AUD$10 per/KG, carry in to 500g
- The cumulative actual weight of a single waybill does not exceed 20kg, and the volumetric weight does not exceed 30kg. Calculation is based on the actual weight.
- If the actual weight exceeds 20kg, or the volumetric weight exceeds 30kg, the billing weight will be used.
East Malaysia:
- AUD$18 per kg First kg, subsequent 1kg increments
- Billed based on chargeable weight
Shipping Time: The cut-off time for parcel submission is 5:00 PM every Wednesday in Melbourne. Any parcels submitted after 5:00 PM cannot be guaranteed for shipping on Thursday morning. Instead, they will be included in the next batch scheduled for shipment one week later. Waybills need to be paid by Thursday morning for warehouse dispatch. Shipping time from Australia to West Malaysia is 5-10 working days, and to East Malaysia is 10-20 working days.
Packaging Rules: Individual parcels have a maximum actual weight limit of 40kg. For parcels with an actual weight exceeding 25kg, there will be an additional fee of AUD$15 for overweight. For parcels with an actual weight exceeding 35kg, there will be an additional fee of AUD$30 for overweight. The maximum length of any single parcel’s longest side is 160cm. Please confirm with customer service if exceeding 120cm. The sum of any two short sides must not exceed 200cm.
Delivery in Malaysia: Parcel delivery will be handled by Line Clear Express upon arrival in Malaysia. Tracking numbers will be provided for monitoring local delivery.
Related Taxes and Fees: All designated category products are taxed and cleared.
Mailing Restrictions: Permissible items include all legal goods allowed for import by Malaysian customs and aviation regulations, with designated category products being taxed and cleared. Prohibited items include items with batteries, flammable and explosive dangerous goods, and any items prohibited from mailing by local customs and aviation regulations. Refer to the end of the document for a list of prohibited items.
Luggage can be shipped back to Malaysia. Multiple parcels can be sent to the same recipient, and their weights will be accumulated for calculation.
Other Notes: Insurance is not mandatory but can be purchased at 5% of the declared value. Proof of purchase invoice is required before buying insurance, and insurance must be purchased before shipping. Insurance does not cover personal or second-hand items, or goods without a purchase invoice. For uninsured parcels, in case of loss, a maximum compensation of AUD$100 per waybill (including shipping) will be provided. For insured parcels, in case of loss, the maximum coverage per waybill is AUD$500. Compensation is not provided for any form of damage, deformation, or deterioration other than parcel loss. Waybills with the same name and address will be combined for weight and volume calculation or delayed for shipment in other batches. No compensation will be provided for parcel deformation, deterioration, breakage, or liquid leakage due to environmental changes during transportation. Please ensure proper packaging before shipping.

- Essential oils (100ml per bottle, commercially packaged)
- Health supplements (excluding over-the-counter medications requiring a prescription)

- Precious metal jewelry (unprocessed precious metals cannot be shipped individually)
- Automotive parts
- Small household appliances (excluding those with batteries)
Route 2: Australia to Malaysia Shipping (Wine/International High-Value Brand Handbags Route)
Shipping Rules:
Alcohol Content: Not exceeding 14 degrees.
Maximum of 5 bottles per waybill.
Wine requires air cushions (AU$2 per bottle).
We do not accept white spirits, hard liquor, or beer.
Even with air cushions, fragile items still carry a risk of damage or leakage, for which we are not liable.
Shipping Rates: West Malaysia:
- First kg: AU$15
- Subsequent weight: AU$15 per kg, rounded up to the nearest kg
- Calculated based on chargeable weight (comparing actual weight and volumetric weight, taking the greater value)
East Malaysia:
- First kg: AU$18
- Subsequent weight: AU$18 per kg, rounded up to the nearest kg
- Calculated based on chargeable weight (comparing actual weight and volumetric weight, taking the greater value)

Please ensure proper packaging before shipping.
How to Mail?
Option 1: Online purchase, ship to our warehouse.
Step 1: Register on https://ebaoguo.com to obtain our warehouse shipping address and your unique ID. The ID serves as the sole identification code for your parcel upon receipt, so please ensure it is filled in accurately.
Step 2: Purchase items on e-commerce websites and ship them directly to the warehouse address provided by our system. If you have already purchased the products, you can also send them to us using this address.
Step 3: Once the warehouse receives your parcel, they will photograph it and log it into inventory.
Step 4: In the parcel list, you can select the parcels you wish to ship, submit the shipment, and provide the delivery address.
Step 5: After receiving your shipment request, the warehouse will process the parcels according to your instructions and calculate the final price.
Step 6: When the waybill status changes to “To Be Paid,” you can proceed to make payment within the system.
Option 2: If you are in Melbourne, you can drop off your parcel at the agent location.
Step 1: Register on https://ebaoguo.com or use the mini program to register.
Step 2: Fill out the pre-alert form (recipient information and parcel declaration information). One pre-alert form is required per address.
Step 3: Take the pre-alert form to the agent location (check the Melbourne agent location) and inform them of your pre-alert number.
Step 4: The agent will assist you in measuring the dimensions and weight.
Step 5: Make payment directly to the agent.

- Flammable solids, such as matches; self-igniting substances, such as phosphorus; substances that become dangerous after being wet, such as calcium carbide
- Oxidizing substances, such as fertilizers; organic peroxides, such as fiberglass repair toolkits
