China to Malaysia Air Freight Consolidation

  • All parcels arriving at the warehouse will be unpacked, inspected, photographed, measured, and weighed, with parcel attributes recorded
  • Ebaoguo is responsible for air transportation only. Ebaoguo is not liable if customs inspects or confiscates any parcel contents

Shipping Rates:

Chargeable weight (rounded up per 1 kg) West MY — General West MY — Sensitive East MY — General East MY — Sensitive
First 1 kg ¥63 ¥65 ¥72 ¥74
Additional 1–5 kg ¥63/kg ¥65/kg ¥72/kg ¥74/kg
Additional 5–10 kg ¥58/kg ¥60/kg ¥63/kg ¥65/kg
Additional over 10 kg ¥52/kg ¥54/kg ¥58/kg ¥60/kg

How it is charged: total = first-weight price + (chargeable weight − 1 kg) × the additional-weight rate for that band. Example: West Malaysia General 12 kg = ¥63 + 11 × ¥52 = ¥635; East Malaysia Sensitive 5 kg = ¥74 + 4 × ¥74 = ¥370.

The Sensitive line costs ¥2 more per kg than the General line and covers goods containing batteries, liquids, powders, cosmetics and similar items. Rates are quoted in CNY and converted to your account currency at the exchange rate on the day you place the order.

  • Minimum chargeable weight is 1kg (anything under 1kg is billed as 1kg); subsequent weight is rounded up per 1kg
  • Chargeable weight: the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (L×W×H÷5000 cm)
  • Example: a chargeable weight of 1.2kg is billed as 2kg, i.e. 2kg × RM39 = RM78

Transit Time:

  • Shipments dispatched Monday to Friday; orders are processed 2–3 days after payment (delays may occur during public holidays)
  • Approximately 7–14 days after the flight departs

Possible Additional Charges

  • If a single shipment contains more than 30 parcels, a parcel handling fee of AU$0.20 per parcel applies. For example, if you submit 40 parcels, the system will automatically charge (40−30) × AU$0.20 = AU$2.00
  • The warehouse provides free unpacking and box consolidation. We will prioritise using your original courier boxes. If items don’t fit, warehouse cartons will be used automatically (AU$5 each) without prior notice
  • If you need photos of your parcel contents, select the [Multi-angle Photography] add-on service in the parcel declaration or parcel list — AU$2 for 5 high-resolution images

Packing Rules:

  • No single side may exceed 140cm; maximum weight per parcel is 30KG
  • Chargeable weight is the greater of volumetric weight (L×W×H÷5000) or actual weight
  • Chargeable weights of multiple parcels within one shipment can be combined
  • This route includes door-to-door delivery. If you need to change the delivery address after a shipment has been dispatched, an additional fee of RM45 per shipment applies

Common Box Sizes and Weight Reference for China Warehouse

All cartons are AU$5 each regardless of size
We offer a box consolidation service. If your original box cannot fit all your parcels, we will use warehouse cartons. Below are the carton sizes available at the warehouse and their volumetric weights used for billing. If the actual packed weight is less than the carton’s volumetric weight, the system will use the carton’s volumetric weight as the chargeable weight.

How Irregular Parcels Are Measured

① Standard parcel measurement:

If the parcel is a standard rectangular box, volumetric weight is calculated using the box’s length, width, and height.

Frequently Asked Questions

I want to self-collect from your warehouse — do I still need to enter a delivery address when submitting a shipment?
Yes. Whether you are arranging delivery or self-collection, you are required to provide your real name (matching your passport or driver’s licence) and a delivery address that matches your billing records (utility bill, phone bill, or bank statement). We use this information to assist with customs clearance. Any customs charges resulting from incorrect information will be your responsibility.
My parcels are arriving at the warehouse one by one — can I submit them in separate shipments?
Yes, you can. However, chargeable weights are not combined across separate shipments.
The dimensions and weight recorded at the warehouse don’t match what the seller told me — what should I do?
The China warehouse measures and weighs every parcel upon arrival. The warehouse measurements are final. If you have any concerns, please contact customer service before submitting your shipment.
I need to return an item — can you refuse delivery on my behalf?
The warehouse is unable to identify which parcels need to be returned at the point of receipt. Once your parcel has been checked in, please submit a return address and the warehouse will arrange dispatch. Please note that the China warehouse does not accept sellers arranging their own courier to collect parcels directly from the warehouse.
Can you consolidate my parcels into one box?
Yes. When you submit multiple parcels, the warehouse will do its best to consolidate smaller parcels into your own larger box to prevent items from getting lost in transit and to reduce volumetric weight. Consolidation is free of charge. If a new carton is required, an additional carton fee will apply. The final dimensions after consolidation may differ from what was submitted — the system will use the consolidated volumetric weight for billing. If you do not want certain parcels consolidated, please note this in the shipment remarks.
I’ve bought a lot of items — can I fill in the declaration roughly?
When submitting a shipment, you are required to declare your purchased items accurately in English. For items of the same category — for example, clothing — you may group them under a single description such as “Clothes” and enter the actual purchase price. Customs may randomly inspect shipments and request proof of purchase (such as invoices or screenshots). Any customs charges resulting from inaccurate declarations will be your responsibility.
Is cash on delivery available?
Payment must be completed before we dispatch your goods.
Can I pay in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)?

Yes, we support the following payment methods
