Essential Considerations for Your Shipment
Here are some crucial notes regarding your shipments to keep in mind:
Customs Declaration for Small Parcels: For small parcels, the customs declaration must use the recipient’s real name (an individual, not a company name) and actual residential address. You cannot use post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers, or parcel collect locations. It’s essential to provide accurate information to avoid customs and federal liabilities due to incorrect entries.
“High-Risk” Items: This service can transport certain “high-risk” items, such as replica brand-name bags, commercially packaged foods, health supplements, and medicated ointments. Please be aware that these items have a higher chance of being inspected or confiscated by customs. You send these at your own risk.
Accurate Declaration and Customs Inspection (EMPP):
You must truthfully declare the contents of your shipment (product name, quantity, and value). You can fill out the parcel declaration after the seller has dispatched the goods, and our system will automatically match it when your parcel arrives at the warehouse. If customs initiates an EMPP (Customs suspects under-declaration and requires proof of value), an additional fee of ¥250 (approx. AU$50) per consignment will be charged. We are not responsible for delays or storage fees resulting from the customer’s failure to provide necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Payment Before Shipment:
Payment is required before dispatch. You can download an invoice from our website, issued by Yi Bao Guo Australia, which includes any pre-paid amounts.
Our Responsibility for Transportation Only:
We are solely responsible for the transportation of your parcel. We are not responsible for the quantity or condition of items as dispatched by the seller (e.g., incorrect or missing items, discrepancies in color, size, or style; product defects like loose threads or fading; items melting in transit; breakage of fragile items; or delays due to weather, customs inspections, etc., leading to product expiry or spoilage). These are not covered by insurance. You have the option to select additional services when submitting your parcel to verify product quantity and inspect product quality.
Insurance Options:
Insurance is optional. You can purchase insurance at 5% of the declared value.
You must provide the original purchase invoice for the product before purchasing insurance, and insurance must be purchased before shipment.
Insurance does not apply to personal items, second-hand goods, or items for which a purchase invoice cannot be provided.
If you do not purchase insurance, in case of loss, compensation will be a maximum of ¥500 per consignment (including shipping fees).
If you do purchase insurance, in the event of loss, the maximum insured amount per consignment is ¥ 2,500.
Please note that compensation is only for lost parcels. We do not provide compensation for any other forms of damage, deformation, deterioration, or liquid leakage.
Packaging Responsibility:
We do not compensate for items that deform, spoil, melt, break, or leak due to environmental changes during transit. Please ensure your items are adequately packaged before shipping.
Common Carton Sizes and Weight Reference for China Warehouse
We provide free consolidation services. If your original box cannot hold all packages, we will use warehouse cartons (cartons are chargeable). Below are the sizes of cartons used in the warehouse and their volumetric weights for calculation.

| #2 | 57*42*37 | 0.9kg | 18kg | |

| #4 | 43*31*22 | 0.5kg | 6kg |
Storage Fees
The China warehouse provides 45 days of free storage. After this period, a storage fee of ¥1 (≈AU$0.2) will be incurred for every 20KG of chargeable weight, calculated daily. The system will automatically add this fee when you submit your waybill. The minimum charge is ¥1 (≈AU$0.2)/day.
*Unclaimed packages are stored for free in the China warehouse for 45 days. After 45 days, unclaimed packages will be disposed of by the warehouse. Please pre-alert your packages in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Hello, our lines are very suitable for Taobao consolidation, Pinduoduo consolidation, Jingdong consolidation, or mailing your personal items. As long as you can mail or self-deliver to the warehouse, you can use our service.
For waybills with the same recipient and address, we will consolidate declarations for each shipment. The declared amounts will accumulate, and if they exceed AUD$1000, additional customs fees will be incurred. If you wish to avoid taxes, you can submit under different recipients and names. For different waybills, chargeable weights are not accumulated. For the same recipient and address, please try to submit one waybill per shipment to avoid destination customs deeming multiple waybills under the same name as an attempt to evade customs duties, which could result in unnecessary fees and penalties.
The China warehouse will measure and weigh each package upon inbound. If there is any discrepancy in dimensions or weight, you can re-measure with staff at the Australia warehouse once the goods arrive.
The warehouse cannot determine which package needs to be returned upon receipt. Please submit the return address after the parcel arrives, and the warehouse will arrange shipment. The China warehouse does not accept sellers arranging their own express delivery to pick up goods from the warehouse. We apologise for any inconvenience.
When you submit multiple packages, the warehouse will consolidate smaller packages into your larger box as much as possible to ensure items are not lost during transit and to reduce volumetric weight. There are no additional fees for consolidation. If a new box is used, additional box fees will apply. The consolidated dimensions may differ from those submitted. The system will use the consolidated volumetric weight as a reference for calculating shipping costs. If you do not need certain express packages consolidated, please note it in the waybill remarks.
When submitting a waybill, you need to declare the purchased products in English truthfully. If they are similar types of products, such as clothing, you can uniformly fill in “Clothes” and provide the true purchase price. Customs will randomly spot-check waybills and may request proof of purchase (e.g., invoices and screenshots). You will be solely responsible for any customs fees incurred due to incorrect information.

Measurement Methods for Irregular Packages
① Standard Package Measurement:
If the package is a standard carton size, volumetric weight is calculated based on the carton’s length, width, and height.

② Curved Package Measurement:
If the package is deformed or bulging due to goods compression, the calculation is based on the longest side of the package.

③ Irregular Package Measurement:
If the package needs to be packed into an irregular shape due to the actual size of the goods, the volumetric weight is calculated based on the longest side of the package.
