Here are two ways to start shipping with us
Option 1: Online Purchase, Shipped to Our Consolidation Warehouse
Step 1: Register at https://ebaoguo.com to receive our warehouse address, your unique ID, and your package’s unique identification code for storage. Please make sure to fill it out.
Step 2: Buy products on e-commerce websites and ship them directly to our warehouse address provided by the system. If you have already purchased products, send them to us at this address.
Step 3: Our warehouse will take photos and put them under your account after receiving your package.
Step 4: In the package list, you can select the package you want to ship, submit the shipment and fill in the shipping address.
Step 5: After receiving your shipping request, our warehouse will handle your package and calculate the final price according to your requirements.
Step 6: When the waybill status becomes “waiting for payment,” you can pay in the system.
Option 2: If You are in Melbourne, You Can Self-Deliver to the Agent Point
Step 1: Register at https://ebaoguo.com or use the mini program to register.
Step 2: Fill in the Pre-Shipment form (recipient information and package declaration information), and you only need to fill out one form for sending to the same address.
Step 3: Take the Order number to the agent point (check the Melbourne agent point), and inform the agent point of your advance application form number.
Step 4: The agent point will assist you in measuring the size and weight, and then create the shipment for you.
Step 5: Directly pay to the agent point.
Option 1: Express Service by EBAOGUO Express
Shipping Cost Calculation
- Calculate each package’s actual weight and volumetric weight (length x width x height / 5000), and use the greater value as the chargeable weight.
- The shipping cost is AUD$15.00 per kilogram, rounding up to the nearest kilogram.
What can I send
Shipping general items such as clothing, books, food, health supplements, and cosmetics, with the following restrictions:
- No shipment of items with batteries or flammable and explosive materials.
- Liquid items should not exceed 150ml.
- Prohibited items include those restricted by customs and airlines.
Parcel Size and Weight Guidelines
- Maximum Weight: 30kg per package.
- Maximum Length of Any Side: 100cm.
- Maximum Girth: The girth is calculated using the two shortest sides: (width + height) x 2. The maximum girth allowed is 80cm.
Single Parcel Shipment
- Please note that one shipment (with the same receiver) can only contain one parcel.
Shipping Schedule
- Cut-off time: Orders must be submitted by 4 pm every Wednesday.
- Dispatch: Packages will be dispatched on Thursdays.
- Transit Time: The estimated delivery time is 10-14 working days from the dispatch date. It is an air freight service, and delays may occur during holidays.
Local Delivery in Singapore
- Door-to-door delivery with full tracking, including both the Australian and Singaporean segments.
- No exclusion for remote areas.
Related Taxes and Fees
- Effective January 1, 2024, the GST exemption for goods valued at SGD$400 or less has been eliminated. This means that a GST of 9% of the value of the goods and a customs declaration fee of 2.5% based on the declared value of the goods will now apply. To ensure compliance with these regulations, kindly provide the purchase invoice prior to shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
- Can ship all legal and importable goods allowed by air and Singapore customs regulations.
- Prohibited items include cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, and automotive parts. Please refer to our prohibited items guidelines for a detailed list of prohibited items.
Insurance and Compensation:
- Free Compensation: In case of loss, EBAOGUO Express provides free compensation for a maximum of AUD$100 (Plus shipping fee) per waybill for parcels sent to Singapore. .
- Loss Insurance: EBAOGUO Express offers optional insurance coverage for parcels sent to Singapore. The loss insurance can be purchased for 5% of the declared value of the goods, and it is required to provide the purchase invoice before shipping. The maximum coverage per shipment is AU $1000.00 when insurance is purchased.
- We want to emphasize the importance of proper packaging to ensure the safety of your goods during transit. We are not liable for compensation for any deformation, deterioration, breakage, or liquid leaks that may occur due to environmental changes during transportation. Therefore, packaging your items securely and appropriately before shipment is crucial.
Additional Notes
- Only one package (up to a maximum chargeable weight of 20kg) can be sent to the same recipient and address per shipment. You can request consolidation service when submitting the waybill if you have multiple packages.
- Please ensure an accurate and truthful declaration of the package contents. Customers are responsible for any consequences of false or incorrect declarations, including customs detention, inspection, taxation, or penalties.
- Insurance can be purchased for 5% of the declared value, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Insurance must be purchased before shipping. Without insurance, the maximum compensation for a lost package is AUD$100 (including shipping fee) per waybill. The maximum coverage per waybill is AU $300.00.
- The maximum chargeable weight for a single box is 30kg.
- For individual packages, the maximum length of any side of the box should not exceed 100cm.
- We are not liable for deformation, spoilage, melting, damage, or leakage of goods caused by environmental changes during transportation. Please ensure proper packaging before shipping.
Dimension Weight vs Actual Weight
What is Actual weight?
The actual weight of a parcel is its actual weight measured in kg
What is Dimension weight?
Dimension weight(aka: Volumetric weight) is the ‘volume’ a package occupies (example; the physical size of a package)
Dimension weight is calculated by the ( Length x Height x Width / 5000).
To determine a parcel’s dimension weight in kg, using measurements in centimetres.
What is Chargeable weight?
In International shipping, we care about how much space your parcels occupy, converted into weight equivalent. Once we know your parcel’s actual weight and dimension weight, we will use the greater value as your chargeable weight.

In addition, if Extra Cover has not been purchased, you may be entitled to compensation of up to $100 and a refund of postage (proof of value may be required). Compensation claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- For items valued over $100: It is recommended to purchase Extra Cover, which provides compensation for loss or damage of up to $5,000 (or $500 for some services). Without Extra Cover, compensation is limited to the standard coverage of up to $100.
- Exclusions: Compensation or Extra Cover is not available for loss or damage to items in the following scenarios:
- No proof of lodgement (e.g., postage or lodgement receipt or tracking sticker).
- Items containing bank notes, bullion, or similar valuable articles.
- Items containing prohibited items or dangerous goods as determined by Australia Post or the destination country’s postal service.
- They inadequately packed or packaged items.
- Damage not caused or contributed to by Australia Post.
Additional Notes:
- It is important to note that Australia Post is a postal service, and in case of any customs issues, you will be responsible for handling them.

Option 3: Priority Door-to-Door Express Service to Singapore by Fedex

- Fees, when calculated, include shipping costs, Fuel Surcharges and Other Fees.

- If GST (Goods and Services Tax) applies to the shipment, FedEx will contact the recipient for customs clearance.

- For items valued up to $100: FedEx compensates up to $100 for lost or damaged items. In addition, if Extra Cover has not been purchased, you may be entitled to compensation of up to $100 and a refund of postage (proof of value may be required). Compensation claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- For items valued over $100: It is recommended to purchase Extra Cover,5% of the declared value, compensating for loss or damage of up to $300.
Singapore's Duties and Taxes: GST Changes in 2023
Effective January 1, 2023, Singapore will be implementing two critical changes to its existing GST scheme:
- The import GST de minimis will be removed, going from SGD$400 to SGD$0. This means that GST will be owed on all goods imported into Singapore by companies with significant annual revenue and sales to non-GST registered customers based in Singapore, regardless of the goods’ value.
- Singapore’s GST rate will be increased from 7% to 8%.
- We charge 2.5% of the declared value as the broker fee.
What You Can’t Send?
These are the prohibited items for shipping:
- Batteries (except for TNT & Fedex service)
- Perfume
- Tobacco/vaping-related products
- Weapons
- Alcohol
- Explosive/flammable items
- Chemicals
- Radioactive materials
- Drugs
- Counterfeit items
Please note that if any prohibited items from the above categories are carried in the parcel or are not correctly declared, resulting in any return parcel or fine, the sender will be responsible for any costs incurred. An X-Ray will check all export parcels, so ensuring no prohibited items is important. If the airline company finds any prohibited items, the parcel will be returned within 7-10 working days, and there will be a return fee of AUD$25 per parcel.
