Undelivered packages will be temporarily stored in the courier’s warehouse during the holidays. They may be marked as delivered and then re-delivered after the holiday.

Shipping from China to Australia by Sea: The last order cut-off before the holiday is September 25, 2024. Shipments will be arranged on October 9th for orders submitted before the cut-off date. Orders submitted after September 25th will be processed on October 16th and shipped on the same day.

Shipping from China to Australia by Air: Shipments submitted before September 30, 2024, will be processed, but due to the extended holiday period, we cannot guarantee timeliness; please take note.

Shipping from China to New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China to Hong Kong, Mainland China to Taiwan, and other services will be postponed until the next working day or the cut-off date.
