Ebaoguo's holiday schedule for April and May

Easter, Qingming Festival, ANZAC Day, Labor Day, Eid al-Fitr, etc.

During the holiday season, all packages will be temporarily stored in the warehouses of each logistics company. Once normal work resumes, these packages will be delivered to the Ebaoguo warehouse in sequence and processed for inbound in order.

Please note that all waybills submitted during the holidays will be processed one by one after work resumes. If there is a cut-off period for the waybill, it will be arranged to be sent out on the next working day, or merged into the batch for the next cut-off day.

Australia Warehouse

Easter: 📅 March 29th (Friday) to April 1st (Monday)
Anzac Day: 📅 April 25th (Tuesday)

Dear ebaoguo customers, our Australian warehouse will be on holiday from March 29th to April 1st, and on April 25th. During this period, all parcels will be temporarily stored in the warehouse of the logistics company. Once we resume operations, these parcels will be sent to the ebaoguo warehouse in sequence for warehousing.

Please note that all shipping orders submitted during the holiday will be processed in order after we resume operations. During this period, our warehouse will not be receiving parcels or processing shipping orders.

During the holiday, the shipping routes from Australia to Malaysia, Australia to Taiwan, and Australia to Singapore will operate as usual.

In addition, we have prepared Easter eggs for you in the mini program. You can log in to the ebaoguo global forwarding mini program, crack open the golden egg, and receive coupons.

China warehouse

Tomb-sweeping Day: 📅 From April 4th (Thursday) to April 6th (Saturday)
Labor Day: 📅 From May 1st (Wednesday) to May 5th (Sunday)

Dear Ebaoguo customers, we would like to remind you of the important information about the upcoming Tomb-sweeping Day and Labor Day. Our Chinese warehouse will be closed during the following periods: 📅 From April 4th (Thursday) to April 6th (Saturday) and May 1st (Wednesday) to May 5th (Sunday). During this period, your packages will be safely stored in the logistic company’s warehouse, where they will ensure timeliness, couriers will sign for the packages in advance, and deliver them to the warehouse within the next 1-2 working days. We recommend that you forecast your packages in advance. Also, remember to follow our mini-program, so you can get notifications about the warehousing of your packages at any time.

When we resume normal work, we will sort and check your packages, and gradually send them to the Ebaoguo warehouse for storage processing in order. In addition, all waybills submitted during the holiday will be processed in order after the holiday. However, our warehouse will not be able to receive packages and process waybills during these holidays.

During Tomb-sweeping Day, the shipment lines from China to Australia (both sea shipment and airfreight), China to New Zealand, China to Singapore, China to Malaysia, mainland China to Hong Kong, mainland China to Taiwan, and other consolidated shipment lines will ship as usual.

Dear ebaoguo customers, our Malaysia warehouse will be closed on the following holidays: 📅 Quran Descent Day on March 28th (Thursday), Eid al-Fitr from April 10th (Wednesday) to April 11th (Thursday), and Labor Day on May 1st (Wednesday). During these holidays, your packages will be safely stored at our logistics partner’s warehouse and will be delivered to the warehouse on the next working day.

When we resume normal operations after the holidays, we will inspect, sort, and store the packages one by one in the order they are received. At the same time, all shipping orders submitted during the holidays will also be processed one by one after the holidays. However, during the holidays, our warehouse will not be able to accept new packages or process shipping orders.

If you have packages that have not arrived, we recommend that you predict them in advance. Additionally, we recommend that you keep an eye on our mini-program so that you can receive real-time notifications when your packages are put in storage.

During this period, direct shipping routes from Malaysia to New Zealand, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, etc. will be arranged to ship on the next working day or cut-off day. Routes like FEDEX and Pos Laju EMS dispatched from our Malaysia warehouse will also be arranged on the next working day, please be patient.

Taiwan warehouse

At the same time, we recommend you to follow our mini-program so that you can receive notifications about the storage of the packages as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, during the holidays, your submitted routes, Taiwan shipping to Singapore, Taiwan shipping to Malaysia, Taiwan shipping to Australia, will also be processed in sequence after the holiday. However, during the holiday period, new packages will not be able to be received and processed. Despite this, you can still contact our online customer service team at any time, they will continue to provide you with necessary services.
