Dear ebaoguo customers, our Australian warehouse will be on holiday from March 29th to April 1st, and on April 25th. Routes like FEDEX and Pos Laju EMS dispatched from our Malaysia warehouse will also be arranged on the next working day, please be patient.

Dear ebaoguo customers, our Japan warehouse will also have upcoming holidays: Tomb-Sweeping Day from April 4th (Thursday) to April 7th (Sunday) and Showa Day on April 29th (Monday). If you have any packages that have not yet arrived, we suggest that you report them as early as possible. Japan’s mail routes to Taiwan, Malaysia, China, Australia, and worldwide will gradually be processed after the holiday period.
