During the holidays, any undelivered parcels will be temporarily stored in the delivery company’s warehouse. To ensure timely delivery, couriers may sign for the parcels in advance, and they will be redelivered to the warehouse after the holiday period is over.
Please note that during this time, no new parcels will be inbounded, and shipments will not be processed at the warehouse. However, the online customer service will operate as usual to answer any questions you may have.
Since the holidays begin on a Wednesday, some shipping services from the China warehouse will be affected. Therefore, it is recommended to submit your shipment as early as possible.
China to Australia sea shipping line: The last cut-off day before the holiday is April 24th, and then it will be dispatched on April 30th. Shipments submitted after April 25th might scheduled for the May 8th cut-off and shipped out on May 15th.
China to Australia airfreight line: Shipments submitted before April 25th, 2024, will be arranged, but due to the long holiday, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed; please be aware.
The shipping lines from China to New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China to Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc., will be postponed to the next working day or cut-off day.
