- Charge standard: starting from 5kg (less than 5kg will be charged based on 5kg), and the additional weight will be charged per 1kg
- Billing weight: the more excellent value of the actual weight and volumetric weight (length x width x height / 5000 cm) will be charged
- Example: if the billing weight is 5.3kg, it will be charged as 6kg, that is, General Cargo Line RM180+RM26=Rm206
Packaging Rules
- The longest side of a single parcel does not exceed 100cm, and the sum of the two short sides does not exceed 100cm.
- If a single side of a parcel exceeds 80cm, an additional RM32 will be charged for oversize.
- The actual weight of a single parcel cannot exceed 20kg
- Multiple packages can be included in a single waybill
Taxes and Fees
- Tax and customs clearance included.
Delivery Time
- Twice a week, delivery takes approximately 6-10 business days after submission.
- Cut-off time is every Tuesday and Thursday, and shipment will be arranged within three business days after the cut-off time.
Delivery Method
- Delivery to door, Using Flash Express / Kerry Express
- Private drivers in Thailand will deliver overweight packages.
What Can Be Shipped
- General items: daily necessities, cosmetics, skincare products, health supplements, shoes, and toys.
- Sensitive items: food, branded clothes, general medicines, small appliances (excluding batteries), and auto parts.
What Cannot Be Shipped
- Goods prohibited by Thai customs.
Goods are prohibited from being shipped by Ezship. - Flammable and explosive goods, such as perfume and pressure sprays.
- Fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as meat products.
- Live animals.
- Electronic products containing lithium batteries.
- Imitation products and high-value products.
- If you are unsure if a product can be shipped, please get in touch with our customer service first. The customer will bear all fees and responsibilities if false information leads to customs confiscation, return, or disposal.
Insurance
The waybill does not provide additional insurance services. Therefore, in case of loss, the compensation for transportation fees is up to RM150.00 at most.
EBaoguo will not compensate for any deformation, deterioration, melting, breakage, or liquid leakage of goods due to environmental changes during transportation. Therefore, please ensure proper packaging before shipping.
How to Ship
Step 1: Register and log in to https://ebaoguo.com to get your support number and the address of our Malaysia warehouse.Step 2: You can purchase products from any website and have them shipped to the address assigned to you.
Step 3: Our Malaysia warehouse will add your package to your list upon receiving it.
Step 4: Once your packages have arrived, you can submit a shipment request through the package list by providing the destination address, declaring the goods, and selecting additional services.
Step 5: After the Malaysia warehouse has packed your shipment according to your request, you will receive a payment notification.
Step 6: Once payment is successful, we will ship your goods on the next available shipment date.

Measuring Irregular Packages
② Measurement method for irregular packages:
If the package is deformed or bulging due to the compression of the goods inside, the longest side of the box will be used to calculate the volumetric weight.
③ Irregular package measurement method:
If the package needs to be packed into an irregular shape due to the actual size of the goods, the box will be measured based on the longest side for volumetric weight calculation.
Prohibited items for shipping
- The following items are prohibited from shipping: White powders and crystals.
- Explosives, such as fireworks or sparklers
- Epidemic prevention materials (e.g. masks, disinfectants)
- Electric bicycles and scooters for road use (shipping such products requires an import permit from the transportation department)
- Flammable gases, such as aerosols or camping gas; non-flammable gases, such as compressed oxygen; toxic gases, such as difluoro
- Flammable liquids, such as solvents or paint
- Flammable solids, such as matches; substances that can ignite themselves, such as phosphorus; substances that become dangerous when moistened, such as calcium carbide
- Oxidizing substances, such as fertilizers; organic peroxides, such as fibreglass repair tool kits
- Toxic substances, such as insecticides; infectious substances, such as blood tests or medical experiments
- Radioactive materials, such as smoke detectors
- Corrosive substances, such as bleach or drain cleaners
- Other items, such as airbags, mobile phones, computers, pornographic materials, plants/seeds/flowers, magnets or items containing ferromagnetic materials, human remains/fluids, live/dead animals, animal skin/fur/any animal parts, wet, dry, metal, or lithium batteries or products containing these items, perfume, nail polish, aftershave, hair spray, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, pork products, iron cans and products with odours.
Note: If any prohibited items listed above are found in the package, or if the things are not truthfully declared, any form of return or penalty, or even criminal punishment, is not related to our company, and the customer should bear the responsibility themselves. The customer will pay return costs.

Disclaimer
- Our company is not responsible. It will not refund shipping fees if the customer fails to provide accurate declaration information (including the item name, quantity, and declared value) or if the email contains items prohibited by customs or carriers, resulting in customs confiscation, inspection, seizure, etc. or destruction. Our company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of goods caused by customs inspection and will not refund shipping fees or the value of the goods.
- A second shipping fee will be charged if a package is returned due to failed security inspection.
- If the shipment contains prohibited items, our company’s Malaysia branch (BAOGUO SDN BHD) reserves the right to pursue legal action against the customer.
- Our company is not responsible for any delay, return, or loss caused by customer requests to modify clearance or delivery information.
- If the recipient signs for a package without checking it and later finds missing or damaged items, our company will do its best to negotiate with the delivery company to minimize losses.
- Our company is not responsible for any delay or loss caused by natural disasters, political factors, or war.
- Our company will not compensate for any deformation, deterioration, melting, damage, or liquid leakage of goods caused by environmental changes during transportation. Therefore, please package goods properly before shipping.
