Japanese Warehouse Usage Notice

  • Before the package is inbound to the Japanese warehouse, it must be pre-declared in our system; otherwise, you will not see the package information.
  • We will photograph the package’s external packaging when goods are inbound in the Japanese warehouse. We do not offer free photography services for the package’s contents. If needed, you can submit a request for additional photography services for individual packages.
  • Please read the [Non-Mailable Items List] below carefully before mailing. If you are unsure whether the goods can be sent, please get in touch with us before purchasing. Return shipping costs will be incurred if the goods are returned after they have been stored.
  • For the Japanese warehouse storage period:
    • Free storage is provided for D+6 days (the day the package arrives is considered day D). After that, a handling fee of JPY¥200 per package per day will be collected, and packages will be periodically destroyed after exceeding 30 days.
    • After applying for combined shipping, please make payment within five days after the waybill changes to ‘awaiting payment’ status. Beyond this period, a handling fee of JPY¥200 per package per day will be charged, and packages will be periodically destroyed after exceeding 30 days.

 

Important Information for Mailing to Taiwan

According to the regulations of the Customs Administration of Taiwan’s Ministry of Finance, it is essential to remind the recipient to complete the EZ Way (EZAPP) real-name authentication to ensure the smooth customs clearance of the package. Click to view details

As stipulated by the Customs Administration of Taiwan’s Ministry of Finance, recipients of overseas packages must complete EZ Way (EZAPP) real-name authentication in advance and promptly confirm the 【Pre-authorization】 to facilitate importation. Please ensure the recipient’s name, telephone number, and identity card number match the information registered with the EZAPP real-name authentication. Changing the recipient’s information during customs clearance will incur additional fees (a renaming fee of NT$500.00).

Please note that if taxes or other customs fees are incurred, we will contact the recipient to make the payment before transferring it to Black Cat for delivery.

EBAOGUO Japan Consolidation to Taiwan Air Freight Line

Mailing Costs:
  • Base Weight JPY¥ 1000/kg, starting at 1kg; Additional Weight JPY¥ 500/0.5kg, an additional JPY¥300 handling fee for single consignment actual weight less than 5kg
  • Calculate the actual weight and volumetric weight of each package (length * width * height of an individual package / 5000), charge based on the greater value
  • The maximum actual weight of the single package is 40kg; overweight fee applies to a single package over 30kg

  • When submitting more than 1 package per waybill, there will be a package processing fee, JPY¥200/piece. For example, if you submit 3 packages, the system will automatically charge a package processing fee of 3*JPY¥200 =JPY¥600
  • Multiple items in one ticket, cumulative weight
  • The length of any one side must not exceed 120cm, and the sum of the two shorter sides must not exceed 130cm

Dispatch Time and Duration:
  • Transit by air
  • Four flights a week
  • Approximately 3~5 working days to reach the recipient’s address after payment completion (There might be delays due to customs inspection or other force majeure factors.)
    • Delivery time is based on the Taipei address; logistics reference time varies by region, and delivery may be delayed for objective reasons such as holidays and weather.
    • The default order cutoff time is 5 pm Japan working day time, adjusted based on actual cargo volume.
    • If the dispatch day falls on a Japanese holiday, it will be postponed by default.
    • Complete consignment payment by 4:30 pm on a working day before dispatch (i.e., consignment status is pending dispatch), and arrange for dispatch the next day.
    • If there is a large cargo volume, there might be delays in duration, and further notice will be given.
    • Customs inspections will affect the duration.
Local Delivery in Taiwan:
  • T-Cat or Hsinchu Logistics delivers most consignments to the recipient’s address
Import Taxes and Fees:
  • The air freight route includes taxes, and no tax invoice is provided
Mailing Restrictions:
  • All legal items and goods categories that are permitted by air transport and Taiwan Customs can be sent

About Insurance

  • Insurance is not mandatory, you can purchase insurance at 5% of the declared value. Before purchasing, you must provide the invoice when the product was purchased, and insurance needs to be purchased before shipment.
  • Insurance is not applicable to personal and second-hand goods or goods that cannot provide a purchase invoice.
  • If you don’t buy insurance and it’s lost, a maximum of JPY¥10000 per shipment will be compensated (including freight).
  • If you buy insurance and it’s lost, the maximum insurance amount per shipment is JPY¥50000. Apart from parcel loss, any other forms of damage, deformation, or deterioration will not be compensated.

Other Precautions:

  • This consolidation line ships weekly. When consolidating shipments, the recipient’s name must be kept from repeating. Waybills with repeated recipients will automatically be deferred to the next batch of shipments.
  • EBAOGUO will not compensate for goods that are deformed, deteriorated, or melted due to environmental changes during transportation or for damaged or leaking liquids. Please pack the goods properly before shipping.
  • Parcels must undergo a safety scan at an IATA agent warehouse before being onboarded. The IATA agent can refuse hazardous items.
  • It is imperative to declare truthfully. If customs seizes, inspects, taxes, or confiscates goods due to underreporting, false reporting, or incorrect information provided, the customer will bear all consequences.

How do we measure the packages?

Common Questions

Is this service door-to-door delivery?

Yes, the consolidated shipping route includes door-to-door delivery.

My packages are arriving at the warehouse in succession, can I submit them in separate shipments?
  • You can submit different packages to different recipients.
  • Different routes may have requirements for recipients in the same batch; if names are the same, it may be delayed until the next dispatch date.
What should I do if the size and weight of the goods stored are different from what the seller said?

The warehouse in Japan will measure the size and weight of each package upon arrival. If there is a dispute about the size or weight, you can contact customer service before submission to verify.

I want to return goods, can you refuse receipt?

The warehouse cannot determine which packages need to be returned upon receipt. Please submit the return address after the goods are stored, and the warehouse will arrange for shipment.

Can you help me consolidate boxes?

When you submit several packages in one shipment, the warehouse will try to combine smaller packages into your larger box to ensure that items do not get lost during transportation and to reduce volumetric weight. There is no extra fee for the consolidation service; however, if a new box is used, there will be an additional box fee. The size after consolidation may differ from the time of submission; the system will reference the consolidated billing weight. If you do not need certain express packages to be consolidated, please make a note in the shipment remarks.

I bought a lot of items, can I fill in the information roughly?

When submitting a shipment, you need to declare the products you have purchased accurately in English. You can write Cloths and include the real purchase price if they are in the same category, such as clothes. Customs will randomly inspect shipments and may request proof of purchase (such as invoices and screenshots). If customs fees arise due to incorrect information, you are responsible for those costs.

  • Insurance can only compensate for losses and cannot compensate for any form of damage.
  • The final interpretation right for the insurance belongs to Yiparcels Global Forwarding.
