Taiwan Air Freight to Singapore Express Shipping Service
Posting Costs Overview:
Base Rate: NT$550 (≈SGD$25)/KG for the initial kilogram, followed by NT$440 (≈SGD$20)/KG for each subsequent kilogram. Billing occurs in 1 kg increments.
Determining Billable Weight: The higher of the actual weight or volumetric weight (length x width x height / 5000 cm) is chosen for the billing assessment.
Package Weight Limit: The maximum allowable weight per package is 5KG. Packages exceeding this threshold require division and shipment as separate consignments.
Single Package per Consignment: Each shipment is limited to one package, and package weights are not combined.
Consolidation Service: We provide a complimentary consolidation service for up to 30 packages within a single shipment.
Dispatch Schedule and Delivery Times:
- Dispatch Days: Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery typically occurs within 4-6 working days post-dispatch. Note: Delivery schedules may adjust during holiday periods.
Local Delivery in Singapore:
- Coverage: Offering door-to-door delivery service with full tracking from Taiwan to Singapore.
- No Remote Area Surcharge: Equal service provision for all areas, without additional charges for remote locations.
Tax and Duty Considerations:
- Value Limit Recommendation: It is advised to keep the declared value of each box below SGD$400 to avoid additional charges.
- Duties and Declaration Fees: Declarations exceeding SGD$400 in value are subject to provisional tax collection at 9% and a 2.5% customs declaration fee. Provision of goods’ purchase invoices is required prior to shipment.
Permissible Goods for Shipping:
- All lawful items approved for air transport and import by Singapore Customs are eligible for shipping, except liquids surpassing 1 gallon (3000ml++).
Prohibitions on Mailing:
- Prohibited items include batteries, cigarettes, alcohol, and motor vehicle parts. Please consult our comprehensive list of shipping prohibitions for complete details.
Additional Guidelines:
- One Package Rule: Only one package is permitted per dispatch to the same recipient at the same address.
- Weight Cap: Billing weight for a single shipment is capped at 5 kg.
- Declaration: Accuracy in the declaration is mandatory. The sender will be responsible for consequences stemming from inaccurate declarations, including customs intervention and penalties.
- Insurance Option: Insurance is not mandatory, you can purchase insurance at 5% of the declared value. Before purchasing, you must provide the invoice when the product was purchased, and insurance needs to be purchased before shipment.
Insurance is not applicable to personal and second-hand goods or goods that cannot provide a purchase invoice.
If you don’t buy insurance and it’s lost, a maximum of NT$2200 per shipment will be compensated (including freight).
If you buy insurance and it’s lost, the maximum insurance amount per shipment is NT$11000. Apart from parcel loss, any other forms of damage, deformation, or deterioration will not be compensated. - Package Dimensions: The single box’s maximum billable weight is 5KG, and no side may exceed 100cm in length.
- Damage Policy: No compensation is provided for damage due to environmental changes during transit. Proper packaging is imperative to prevent deformation, spoilage, melting, breakage, or leakage.
How it works
Procedure for Shipping:
- Registration: Sign up at ebaoguo.com to acquire our warehouse’s mailing address and a unique ID for your package, which is crucial for its identification.
- Online Purchase: Purchase items from e-commerce platforms and arrange delivery to the warehouse address. For pre-purchased products, use this same address for shipping.
- Warehouse Receipt: Upon package arrival, we’ll document and store your items securely.
- Package Selection: Choose which packages to dispatch, complete the shipping order, and provide the destination address.
- Handling Request: We’ll process and price the package accordingly once we receive your shipping directive.
- Payment: When the shipment status shows “Pending Payment,” proceed with the transaction in our system.

About Insurance

- Insurance compensates exclusively for lost items and does not cover any damage.
- The final right of interpretation of the insurance policy belongs to EBAOGUO
Prohibit items
- Regardless of battery size, anything with a battery must be removed before shipping.
- Perfume, regardless of capacity.
- The following commonly prohibited aviation items:
- Explosives, such as fireworks or sparklers
- Flammable gases, such as aerosols or camping gas; Non-flammable gases, such as compressed oxygen; Toxic gases, such as dioxide difluoride
- Flammable liquids, such as solvents or paints
- Flammable solids, such as matches; substances liable to spontaneous combustion, such as phosphorus; substances which, on contact with water, emit flammable gases, such as calcium carbide
- Oxidizing substances, such as fertilizers; Organic peroxides, such as fibreglass repair kits
- Poisonous (toxic) and infectious substances, such as pesticides or blood samples for medical testing
- Radioactive materials, such as smoke detectors
- Corrosive substances, such as bleach or drain cleaners
- Miscellaneous items, such as airbags, mobile phones, computers, pornographic materials, plants/seeds/flowers, magnets or items containing ferromagnetic material, human remains/body fluids, live/dead animals, animal skins/furs/any animal parts, wet, dry, metal or lithium batteries or products containing these items, perfumes, nail polish, aftershave, hairspray, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, pork products, iron cans, and products with a strong odour or leakage, etc.
Note: If prohibited items are mailed in the package or are not declared truthfully, resulting in returns, fines, or even criminal penalties, it will be the customer’s responsibility, which is unrelated to us. The customer will bear the cost of returns.
