- If your original packaging can not put all parcels when you choose to consolidate the box service, the warehouse will automatically check this service without notice.
Consolidate parcels (removal of original packaging)

- Removing the original packaging when consolidating parcels can significantly reduce the volume of the consignment save money on your international shipping. However, We do not recommend this service for fragile goods since the seller has made reinforcement measures to avoid damage when sending to us.

- If you are worried that the seller has sent fewer or wrong products, you can request this service. The service is calculated based on checking a single box of 10 products for AUD$5.
- -Check on the appearance to see if it matches the purchase receipt you provided for the item (name and quantity)
-If the appearance and obvious damage will be photographed and inform you - For example, if there are 15 products in a box (calculated by item), it will be estimated at AUD$5.5, less than ten products will also charge AUD$1.
