manages every warehouse
Parcels, arrival photos and service history from different warehouses sit in one member centre, together with balance, points and payment records.
One member centre for every warehouse
Wherever a parcel arrives or ships from, the records live in the same place.
- No separate registration for each warehouse
- Parcel photos and activity in one place
- Unified balance, points and payment records
- Available warehouses stay in sync
What is consolidation?
After the items are confirmed, excess packaging can be removed and the contents repacked into one reinforced parcel. The actual carton count, dimensions, volumetric weight and chargeable weight depend on warehouse measurements and route rules.

You can set AUD, CNY, MYR, NZD, USD, JPY, HKD or SGD as your default settlement currency, and charges from any warehouse convert automatically. Most currencies support credit card payment (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), and some also support WeChat Pay, Alipay or bank transfer.
No advance top-up is required — you can pay the exact amount when a shipment is pending payment. There’s no cash-on-delivery option; payment must be completed before a shipment departs, and unpaid shipments continue accruing storage fees.
