The Australian warehouse provides home pickup services.

Hello, Ebaoguo Package (Australian warehouse) provides two types of home pickup services.

1. Arrange for pickup at the Melbourne warehouse.

Melbourne Metro’s door-to-door pickup service (up to 5 boxes per ticket, each box should not exceed 25KG, the single side should not exceed 105cm, and the sum of the two short sides should not exceed 70cm). The driver is arranged to pick up the goods every Tuesday, and other times need to contact customer service in advance to make an appointment! Before door-to-door pickup,

Please complete the pre-advised waybill first, and write the 6-digit number assigned by the system on the package. If there are multiple boxes, please note it separately on each box.

In addition, please mark your support number on the cardboard box. If there are multiple boxes, please make a separate note for each box.

If you have multiple boxes, for example, you have 5 cardboard boxes, please write on each cardboard box as follows: 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 5/5.

2. Door-to-door pickup services throughout Australia.

If you wish to use our consolidation service but it’s not convenient for you to mail or deliver to our warehouse, we can offer pickup services throughout Australia. For specific rates, click here to estimate the price.

To use the courier’s door-to-door pickup service, the following conditions must be met:

1. You can pack on your own.

You need to prepare sturdy boxes and packing materials on your own. You can purchase cardboard boxes at Officeworks or Bunnings, or use sturdy boxes for packing and sealing them afterwards.
You need tools to measure the size and weight of the package in order to estimate an accurate freight fee.

2. For price estimation:

Based on the measurements of the package, click here to estimate the price.
The final price will be determined after the warehouse receives and measures the package, with refunds for overpayments and additional charges for underpayments.

3. Please fill in the package information correctly

Please ensure that you fill in the recipient’s information accurately and declare the contents of your package honestly.
If the recipient’s address is incorrect and a second delivery needs to be arranged, a fee of approximately AUD 25 + gst will be charged.

4. You can print on A4 paper.

For local logistics, you need to print a waybill and affix it to the package.
For international logistics, you need to print two waybills and three declaration forms.

5. You need to make a payment before the goods can be picked up.

I’m sorry, but we do not accept cash on delivery. You need to pay us via bank transfer or another method before picking up the goods.
