How to use EBAOGUO service shipping from Malaysia To Indonesia?
Step 1: Sign up for an EBAOGUO account and receive a unique Malaysia address with a Suite ID.
Step 2: Shop at any Malaysia store (Shopee,Lazada or in person) and have your items shipped to your EBAOGUO address.
Step 3: You will receive an email notification once your packages arrive at EBAOGUO’s Malaysia warehouse. You don’t need to provide shipping information before your packages arrive at the warehouse. The Suite ID will identify all parcels.
Step 4: Submit all packages in “My Parcels” by providing the shipping address and customs declaration form.
Step 5: EBAOGUO will process your packages after you have submitted your request.
Step 6: You will receive a final billing summary after EBAOGUO has packed your packages. Once payment is received, EBAOGUO will dispatch your parcels on the next shipping day.
Please provide Recipient’s address to our online customer service for confirmation of delivery feasibility before we proceed with the shipment.

- The charging rates are as shown in the following chart (starting from 1kg and rounded up to the nearest 1kg). Due to fluctuations in the monthly freight market, please refer to the Shipping calculator

Packaging Rules
- The longest side of a single parcel does not exceed 100cm, and the sum of the two short sides does not exceed 100cm.
- If a single side of a parcel exceeds 80cm, an additional RM32 will be charged for oversize.
- The actual weight of a single parcel cannot exceed 30kg
- Multiple packages can be included in a single waybill
- Shipping cost is calculated based on chargeable weight (whichever is more significant between actual weight and volumetric weight (length x width x height in cm / 5000)

Delivery Time
- Time a week, delivery takes approximately 14-21 business days after submission.
- Cut-off time is every Thursday, and shipment will be arranged within three business days after the cut-off time.

- Private drivers in Indonesia will deliver overweight packages.
- Important notes: Indonesia has one pickup per week for air transportation to Singapore, so the goods must arrive at the Kuala Lumpur warehouse one day before Wednesday. Free consolidation service is provided: After consolidation, the actual weight of the package should not exceed 30kg. One shipment per package; one recipient can have multiple packages, and the shipping fee is not accumulated. Any side should not exceed 100cm. No differentiation between general cargo and sensitive items. Air freight prohibited items include meat products, pharmaceuticals, firearms, knives (including replica toy guns and their accessories), plants, live animals, agricultural products, fruits, wood, pet food, pressure canisters, and others. We do not provide compensation for deformation, spoilage, melting, breakage, or leakage of goods due to environmental changes during transportation. Please ensure proper packaging before shipment.
Insurance
- Insurance must be selected and paid before shipment dispatch.
- Insurance is not mandatory, and the insurance fee is 5% of the declared value .
- If insurance is not purchased, only the actual freight charges will be refunded in case of loss.
- Regardless of the declared value, the maximum amount of insurance compensation for a shipment is AUD 300.00.
- Only the actual freight charges will be refunded if insurance is not purchased and the goods are confirmed lost.
- If the goods are not received within 60 working days after being dispatched, they will be automatically confirmed as lost.
- The insurance policy is automatically invalidated if a customs seizure occurs due to a false declaration.
- When applying for insurance, proof of purchase such as invoices or payment records, must be provided, which should match the declared amount.
- Insurance can only compensate for loss and cannot compensate for any form of damage. EBAOGUO owns the final interpretation of the insurance policy.

Insurance Not Cover
- Incorrect declaration of the cargo leads to any delays in shipments.
- Improper or insufficient packing, securing, marking, or addressing the shipments.
- Any delay in the delivery inability or failure to complete a delivery due to acts or omission of Customs or other regulatory agencies.
- Any compensation if parcel checked by customs.
- Any damage in transit for fragile items.
- Failure or inability to attempt to contact the Sender or Recipient concerning incomplete or inaccurate address, incorrect or incomplete documentation, non-payment of duties and taxes necessary to release a Shipment or incomplete or incorrect custom’s broker’s address.
- Loss or damage to any package for which Ebaoguo has no record of receiving the parcel.
- Damage to briefcases, luggage, garment bags, aluminum cases, plastic cases, or other items whose outer finish might be damaged by adhesive labels, soiling, or marking unless placed in an adequate, protective container for the shipment.
- Damage, delay, or loss of any shipment containing any prohibited item.
