Packaging Requirements
- Maximum parcel weight: 30kg (chargeable weight)
- Calculated by actual weight, starting from 1 kg, rounded up to the nearest 500 g.
- First weight is 1kg. If the weight is less than 1kg (e.g., 0.8kg), it will still be charged as 1kg.
- Length (longest side): within 1.5 meters
- Length (longest side) + Girth: within 3 meters
- One waybill per parcel; **multiple parcels do not accumulate weight.**
- Once shipped, the recipient address cannot be changed.

- Actual shipping costs and service fees will be recalculated after your items are packed.
- When calculating, please select to ship from the Ebaoguo Japan warehouse, choose your desired destination, declare the value (optional), weight, and product type to determine the postage and estimated delivery days.
- Once your payment is successful, we will promptly transfer your parcel to Japan Post. The reference transit time provided on the Japan Post website will begin from the moment Japan Post receives the parcel from us.
- Please note that for some countries or regions, delivery days may not be displayed temporarily due to local conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
New Zealand Taxes and Related Information
- Japan Post’s shipping fees do not include customs duties and customs fees of the destination country or region.
- New Zealand customs duties are determined based on the type of goods and their origin. Typically, if the value of your imported goods is less than NZD 1,000, you are not required to pay customs duty. However, if the goods’ value exceeds NZD 1,000, customs duty will apply.
- Please note that different types of goods have varying customs duty rates, and some items may also be subject to other taxes, such as consumption tax or Goods and Services Tax (GST) on imported goods. Additionally, if you import goods from certain countries, specific trade agreements or arrangements may be applicable, which could also influence the calculation of customs duties.
- The New Zealand Customs Service offers an online tool called “What’s My Duty Estimator,” which helps individuals and businesses estimate customs duties, import taxes, GST, and other fees payable during customs clearance.
- This tool is based on relevant regulations and standards of New Zealand Customs, providing users with a fast, accurate, and convenient estimation service. Insurance Fees
- Due to channel limitations, for parcels shipped via Ebaoguo Japan Post EMS, the maximum declared value for a single waybill is JPY 100,000. If this amount is exceeded, you will need to submit a new waybill.
- If the parcel contains products exceeding JPY 100,000 in value and cannot be split, Ebaoguo Japan will be unable to transport it.
- Ebaoguo Japan will provide free insurance coverage of JPY 10,000 for your waybill parcel. If your declared value is less than JPY 10,000, you do not need to purchase additional insurance.
- If your declared value exceeds JPY 10,000 but is less than JPY 100,000, you can purchase loss insurance at 5% of the declared value to receive higher compensation in case of loss.

Yes, International EMS delivers directly to the address you provide. If delivery isn’t possible, the local logistics provider will contact you for pickup at their service point.
For International EMS, each waybill corresponds to one parcel. If multiple waybills are submitted together, the initial and additional weights for each waybill are calculated individually, and fees are not accumulated.
The Japan warehouse measures and weighs each parcel upon inbound. If you have any concerns about the dimensions or weight, you can contact customer service to verify before submitting.
When receiving parcels, the warehouse cannot determine which parcel needs to be returned. Please submit the return address after your parcel is inbound, and the warehouse will arrange for shipment.
When you submit multiple parcels under one waybill, the warehouse will consolidate smaller parcels into your own larger box whenever possible to prevent items from being lost during transit and to reduce volumetric weight. There are no additional fees for consolidation. If a new box is used, an extra box fee will apply. The dimensions after consolidation may differ from those submitted initially, and the **system will use the chargeable weight after consolidation as a reference. If you do not wish for certain express parcels to be consolidated, please make a note in the waybill remarks.**
When submitting your waybill, you must accurately declare the purchased products in English. For items of the same category, such as clothing, you can collectively declare them as “Clothes” and provide the true purchase price. Customs may randomly inspect waybills and request proof of purchase (e.g., invoices or screenshots). You will be responsible for any customs fees incurred due to incorrect information.
